James’ Special Blackberry Gin Recipe

 

Ingredients:

Sterile container or Kilner jar

300g of blackberries

150g of sugar

1 litre of gin

 

Method:

Wash the blackberries and place in the container with the sugar, add the gin and shake well until the sugar mixes.

Shake everyday for the first week then once a week for at least 3 months.

Make it now and it will be ready just in time for summer…enjoy!
