Looking for a tasty recipe for making pancakes tonight, Head Chef and Manager, Ben Bass shares his favourite recipe.
Makes 12 thick pancakes
500g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
100ml melted butter
Mix the dry ingredients together, whisk in the eggs. Then the milk, finally the melted butter. The mix is quite thick, if you like a thinner pancake, add more milk. Get your frying pan hot and then pour in your pancake mix, cook for a couple minutes, then turn and cook until ready, serve as you like. With a little lemon and sugar or with fresh fruit and ice cream.
